My services extend into pre-production, where I consult on DIT and media management to establish organized workflows that save time and budget in post. With a strong editorial eye, I shape raw footage into compelling stories, applying a sense of pacing and structure suited for commercial, documentary, and action-oriented content. I manage post-production from initial edit through delivery, handling deadlines, deliverables, and quality control. I’m proficient in sound design and color grading for basic to intermediate needs, and I collaborate with a trusted network of high-end finishing artists when advanced polish is required.

With over 13 years of experience in the field, I began my career filming wildlife in Montana’s Yellowstone National Park, where I developed a deep respect for storytelling in rugged environments. Since then, I’ve worked on a wide range of commercial and outdoor productions, specializing in action sports and remote operations. My skill set includes operating and teching large-format gimbals, managing lightweight gear packages, and delivering high-quality footage in challenging, hard-to-reach locations. I thrive in tough conditions and bring an efficient approach to capturing premium visuals perfect for field-based productions where reliability and adaptability are essential.

I work seamlessly with the Director, DP, and camera team to ensure the final vision of the film is captured effectively in the field. Contributing to pre-visualization before principal photography not only strengthens the overall production but also streamlines the post-production and editing workflow.

On-site DIT support can further enhance the production process. This includes a range of services such as data backup, creating dailies, assembling rough edits on-site, ensuring the story and shot lists are being executed as planned, and providing technical assistance with camera systems and gear.

I provide detailed creative and technical feedback to help refine your project. This includes story and theme analysis, a structural breakdown using the three-act model, precise timecode-based edit notes, and overall guidance to enhance pacing, clarity, and emotional impact.
